Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your historical footwear; if your shoes aren't a perfect fit, we accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure shoes are tried on over carpeted surfaces to prevent scuffing the soles, as damaged items cannot be accepted.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes back in their original American Duchess box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
